Cities we serve in Fort Bend County

Inside Sugar Land, each master-planned community has its own page because the details differ. First Colony has 1980s–2000s homes along lakes and boulevards, Telfair sits on former state prison-farm land with homes from 2006 on, and Greatwood and New Territory joined the city in the 2017 annexation.

Beyond the city line, Missouri City and Stafford share the US 59 corridor, Richmond and Rosenberg sit along the Brazos as the county's older courthouse and railroad towns, and Alief and Bellaire bring in Harris County. If your community isn't listed, the ZIP checker gives a quick answer.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you cover Katy, Pearland or Needville?

No. Those towns sit roughly 29 to 32 km from Sugar Land, outside the 25 km service radius. Communities between here and there are covered, such as Cinco Ranch toward Katy, Fresno and Arcola toward Pearland, and Pleak on SH 36 toward Needville.

I live in Riverstone or Sienna, outside city limits. Am I covered?

Yes. Coverage follows distance, not city limits. Riverstone sits mostly in the extraterritorial jurisdictions of Sugar Land and Missouri City, and much of Sienna and Pecan Grove is unincorporated, yet all three are well inside the service area.

Which Harris County areas do you serve?

Alief and Bellaire, plus the Harris County portions of Mission Bend, Stafford and Missouri City. Alief is a large southwest Houston district north of Sugar Land, and Bellaire is an independent city surrounded by Houston near the I-610 Loop. Downtown Houston, about 30 km away, falls outside the radius.

Why do pests differ from one community to the next?

Age, water and trees. Older neighborhoods like Sugar Creek and Quail Valley have mature oaks that carry roof rats to rooflines, lake communities see heavier mosquito pressure, Brazos-side places like Thompsons and Cumings took Harvey floodwater, and dense apartments near SH 6 see more German roaches. Each area page covers its own mix.
